Services

• Registration and licensing of industry players along the value chain toensure compliance with the set rules and standards set within the industry.
• Conduct quarterly surveillance and inspections of processing facilities, exporters, importers and marketing agents.
• Develop and maintain a database of all registered and licensed players in the sub sector.
• Participate in the development and review for the various code of practice for scheduled nuts and oil crops.
• Recommend general industry agreements between farmers and processors of scheduled nuts and oil crops
• Enforce the prohibition on exportation of raw macadamia and cashew nut as per as AFA Act 2013.
