She has also had over 10 years in the private sector in marketing and is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).Anne’s notable achievements are; setting up of the 1st international flower show in Kenya, bringing in international exhibitors and buyers into the country and giving exposure and market linkage to small holder flower producers; committee member of Kenya Defence Forces food processing factory operationalization; committee member of the National Exports Development Strategy, development of the HCDA regulations (2011) and HCD regulations (2013).>

Eng Enosh Akuma holds a BSC AGRIC Engineering from Egerton University. an MBA on operations management from the UoN and an MSC Enonomics and Coffee Ccience from Udine University in Italy. Eng Akuma has served in the coffee industry in various capacities having started his career as a coffee factory engineer in the ministry of Agriculture in 1993 nyeri and Nandi. He joined the former Coffee Board Kenya in 1998 as area manager and served in nyeri and kisii. He later grew to a coffee Advisory Manager in CBK, technical services manager and in AFA he was appointed as the Deputy Director Regulations and Compliance Department in 2015 to 2020. He had a short stint with the Fibre value chain in 2020/2021 before moving back to the coffee Directorate in May 2021 and later got appoint to Head the Coffee Directorate in August 2021.
